This is a key component of delivering Digital Transformation. The Smart Classroom is used for training both internal and external individuals and institutions.

The IIOE-KNC is a national hub for quality digital teaching and learning to serve and support national higher education digital transformation through;

1. Develop a localised implementation plan of the project based on the project framework.
2. Organise project launch meetings.
3. Organise project activities according to the localised implementation plan mutually agreed upon by both Parties.
4. Ensure the timely delivery of up-to-standard expected deliverables as outlined in the localised implementation plan.

Monitor and evaluate the project following the monitoring and evaluation framework outlined in the project framework.
